Power over Category cable eliminates the need for a local power supply when the transmitter is paired with a compatible Atlona HDBaseT receiver, such as the AT-HDVS-RX. If you prefer formal control, an RS-232 port is available for third-party systems, and firmware can be updated through the USB port when new features become available.
