Y2K Lip Service vest!From their 2002 "Psycho Circus" collection.The tag is cut indicating this may be a sample, but I see no difference between this and the final release.Black and yellow striped fabric, thick kind of like denim.V-neck with a collar and one snap front closure.One tiny pocket on the front right bottom with a snap closure, coated faux leather.Faded allover and the faux leather pocket is a bit tacky from age. Good condition otherwise.Size small with some stretch.Happy to answer any questions!🥰
