Vintage 90s button-up Rayon midi skirt - Size Small

I’ve accrued an abundance of these vintage 90s skirt over the decades it’s apparent. I still love them and this one from At Last & Co. is my fave out of them all.

Features a concurrent pattern of white polka dots and muted floral bouquets throughout. Dark navy or black background (it’s hard to discern exactly but it is very dark)

Elastic waist and buttons till the bottom. Double button for the waist. Seams on either side provide structure and there is a flared swooshability to this skirt as well!

Condition is very good, considering it’s age. No stains, rips tears, etc just light wear.

Sizing is listed as a Medium but it’s more of a Small, in my estimation. There is some stretch to the waist. Measurements laid flat, as follows:
Waist: 10.5”
Hips: 17.5”
Total length: 30”
