One of the heels has some indents.. shown in second picture. There's also a few scuffs that you can brush out. They are suede like, and then lycra (?) On the back part for more stretch. Half zipper on the inside. Both zippers work.
They're still beautiful boots. I have knee problems and can't wear shoes like this anymore. :(
