This is a vintage 1974 Skipper Best Buy fashion outfit. It's #7774 and it's a white blouse and red patterned jumper skirt. It believe it's the complete outfit. Outfit is in decent vintage condition with some signs of wear and age. There is a small mark on the blouse and some all over wear and loose threads especially on the end of the blouse and inside jumper. I've listed multiple up close pictures for reference.
