This specimen is a stunning cluster of deep purple fluorite crystals, arranged in a geode-like formation. The crystals are well-formed and exhibit a sharp, octahedral habit, characteristic of fluorite. Their color ranges from a rich, almost blackish-purple at the center to a lighter, more translucent violet near the edges. There is a druzy crystal pocket. The luster is vitreous, and the internal facets of the crystals catch and reflect light, creating a sparkling effect. The fluorite is set within a matrix of what appears to be a light-colored, rocky material, possibly a host rock such as quartz or limestone.
