Yes, it is a pre-owned JBL amplifer MADE IN THE USA! ( How often do you still see this words!)
Yes this amp has a few slight paint discolorizations, very minimal scratches ;mainly where
the screws went in, and I see a scratch to the right of the 12volt screw connections, but
this amp is so good looking and sounding for this kind of money for buying OLD SCHOOL
