This set of 4 vintage Blue Onion pattern plates was produced in mid-20th century Japan. The Blue Onion design, originally inspired by 18th-century Chinese porcelain, is one of the most recognized and collected patterns worldwide. Featuring intricate blue-and-white floral and fruit motifs, these plates bring timeless elegance to the table.

Each plate is in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. One plate has slight pattern rub, and another has a blue seam line (please see pictures). Despite these minor imperfections, the set remains highly collectible and perfect for both display and use.
