16” includes base & treeDecorations are not glued in, they can be changed out for other decorations for other holidays.
Some of the pegs don’t go flush with tree as shown in pic but they really aren’t noticeable, smaller ones can be bought on line
The bulb works well but has some discoloration around it from use.
Bulb can also be replaced with same bulb type or plain house hold bulbs. (I use 50-75 watt.)
Other decorations can be found on line or in craft stores
This tree has bows, birds and some bulbs.
No chips, cracks, nicks or flea bites. No crazing.
Base is also in same condition.
Decorations will be sent in same package but in a plastic baggie so you can decorate as desired.
