This was made by a hobbyist in 1976. Initials are carved in the bottom N.D. It's a cute little koi fish over a shell. This would make a cute trinket dish, soap dish or maybe even hold your sponge at the kitchen sink. This does have a chip on the bottom that looks to be a repair tried. It is painted over and not really visible from the top at all. Sold as is and the asking price reflects the chip. I do feel another area underneath that may be either another covered chip or flaw while making it. I didn't even know it was there until listing. It is visible in the last picture. Barely can see it. Holland Mold is impressed in the bottom of the shell underneath.
