For Parts or Repair - This unit is working when plugged in. No Remote. There may be additional defects that were not immediately obvious to us upon inspection.
All Buttons on the unit do what they are supposed to. The ribbon cable connector on the back has a clip that was broken. It still does it's job fine. Unit is in ok condition but does have some cosmetic damage. The Backlight does not work. The top portion is missing 2 feet, this does not affect use.
Speakers - Sound quality is OK, not fantastic. Speakers have significant cosmetic damage.
CD - Works Fine, door is motorized, do not push down manually. Reads cds with some scratches.
Tuner - Requires a strong signal utilizing a plug in fm antenna is recommended.
Cassette - Sound is not great, maybe the head needs cleaned. You can still listen, but it is definitely one of the most muffled tape players I have. WHEN YOU HIT STOP ON THE TAPE DECK THERE IS A LOUD POP THROUGH THE SPEAKERS.
