This raincoat is in good overall condition, but has been worn and does show some wear. In the armpit area there is some texture from rubbing and also a small tear (see photo.) Please check the measurements in the listing. I believe this is a girl's size jacket, but could potentially fit a junior size or small adult. It would work great for a Halloween costume! I believe posh is offering credit (including shipping) to exchange items that don't fit IF PURCHASED IN AUGUST. I don't know the details but it may be worth looking into.
