I did not see a manufactured date on this, but other ones I have looked up with a very similar look (some looked like an exact clone) had manufactured dates from the early to mid 1980s. This toy works perfectly as it should and holds up to 6 rubber bands. It may hold more than that, but I never tried. It fires one rubber band at a time. It has BOULDER COLORADO, U.S.A. written on it, assuming that is the location of manufacturing. There are no cracks or chips in the toy. I don't know too much about this, except I got it at an estate sale years ago, and I'm tired of my kid shooting me with it. Thanks for looking at it.
