A MACPRO formula that can be mixed with powders for an ultra-light quick-drying gel. An absolute must-have if you work with MAC Pigments or Glitters. Excellent shadow base to intensify color and minimize powder fall out. PRO design product.
Either dip a brush into Alcohol Base Mixing Medium and use on solid pressed shadows or pigments, or mix with desired pigments in a bottle and paint on with brush or sponge. Shake bottle thoroughly before use to ensure even, consistent colour. All excess oils should be removed to give best results.
