Google image search tags these as either Eveready or Ray-O-Vac, although they have no maker’s mark. Considering the staggering market share both companies held in the mid-20th century, it’s more likely than not one of the two manufactured these.
They are new old stock, and the only disclosure needed is the green one has two dings (not holes) on the lens, and the switch bolt isn’t as shiny as the red one.
