Lovely vintage Noritake stoneware large oval serving platter in the #8527 Lilac pattern – a bold abstract floral design in shades of blue, brown, green, purple, and red on a speckled background with a wide dark blue band at the rim. In production from 1972 to 1978 as part of the Folkstone line, this beautiful plate measures 14 1/8" across and 1 ½" high. Marking states “Noritake Folkstone Genuine Stoneware Dishwasher Safe Japan Lilac 8527."
Please note: This serving platter is in very good, used vintage condition. But please keep in mind, it is almost 50 years old and therefore, not new. There are no chips, cracks, crazing, or loss to the paint, just some light utensil marks. Glare from camera.
