The Context of the Book’s Creation

Buddhist scriptures mention the era of Dharma Decline (Mofa)—a time when the true teachings fade, misconceptions arise, and sentient beings struggle to find the right path to enlightenment. According to the Buddha’s prophecy, during this period, a Wheel-Turning Sage King (Chakravartin) or a Buddha will appear to reveal the hidden truths, clarify the mysteries within the scriptures, and guide sentient beings out of ignorance.

The scriptures also describe a rare and sacred sign marking the arrival of this enlightened being—the Udumbara Flower, which is said to bloom only once every 3,000 years. This miraculous phenomenon is believed to signal the descent of a Chakravartin or an awakened one into the world.

And this event has indeed come to pass. A Buddha has descended in Vietnam, carrying the mission of teaching the Dharma, unveiling profound truths, and decoding the hidden mysteries within the scriptures to unlock the unresolved knots of humanity. During this time, He has:
